I’m so sorry to hear of Bern’s passing! He was so kind and funny! I have so many fond memories of him at family reunions. He was a prankster too.
My love to Joy, Liz and Steve and all your families.

To Steve, Liz and Joy…
My heart and love go out to each of you as well as the rest of the family. I’m sorry I’m not able to be there for the funeral as I’m in TX currently. Please know I will be praying for you during this time but remembering that to be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord.
I love you.
Kenny (your “favorite cousin”)!

To Bern’s family: I know your hearts are broken. I was one of Bern’s classmates at Murfreesboro High School, and not growing up in Murfreesboro I was not blessed to meet Bern until our 9th grade. He was a gentle, quiet, well-loved soul and I always enjoyed his company. I’ve always remembered him for his love of music and playing the guitar. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Bern was a member of the Murfreesboro High School class of 1975. I attended school many years with Bern prior to our graduation. He was a kind and gentle soul and I know he will be missed by all who knew him. My deepest condolences and prayers are sent to the family.
