CHESAPEAKE, VA – Bobby Ray Miller, Jr, age 52, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012, in his home.
Mr. Miller was born in Hertford County, NC, on July 28m 1959, the son of Ruby Evans Miller and the late Bobby Ray Miller, Sr. Bobby worked as a medical assistant and also a presser in the drycleaning business.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Ruby Miller; two aunts, several cousins and special friend, Dr. Michael Creef.
A celebration of life graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Colerain, NC, with the Rev. Haden Conrad officiating.
The family will assemble at Garrett-Jones Funeral Home in Ahoskie prior to services.
We have been buddies for a long time and it is really hard to say goodbye. I will always have you in my heart and the one song that was “yours” I will sing every day. I love you; sad you are here with me but glad you will hurt no more. Don’t worry though all of us will see you soon and then LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!!!!!!!!
I remember Bobby from Suffolk High School. As I recall, he was very clever and with a quick wit. Mostly, I remember Booby as a very caring and kind person. God bless your loved one’s In this time of sorrow.
