Cynthia, I am so sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing. Condolences to you and your family.
I worked with Bruce when 1 was employed with Tidewater; I never asked him where he grew up (not like me)! I was born in Southampton County, Virginia and when I was two my parents moved to Northampton County, North Carolina. If my memory is correct, I worked with Bruce in West Point, Virginia and he told us about his wife scratching his truck in a parking tower in Richmond where she worked
.
So sorry For your loss Billy
Cynthia, I am very sorry for your loss. Growing up in Ahoskie, Bruce would play football with the neighborhood boys and we thought of him as a big brother. He was a gentle giant. My condolences to you and his family. Your classmate Thelbert.
My deepest sympathy to Bruce’s family. I have many fond memories of Bruce as we were classmates at Ahoskie High School, Class of 1964. May you be blessed with comfort and peace in the days ahead.
