I just learned of Carol’s passing last night. She was so special to my family, especially my mother Helen Burleson. Carol you will never be forgotten. God bless your family and may they find peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Lisa, Chuck and family, I was so very sorry to learn of Carol’s passing. A few years ago before I moved from Ahoskie to Currituck Co, I ran into Carol in the little store in St John’s, hadn’t seen her since high school. Had no idea she lived right down the road from me! We had a good time talking and catching up. Carol was always so full of energy and so outgoing, I know she will be terribly missed by all who knew and loved her. Keeping all of you in my prayers.
Carol, I will keep your memories close to my heart. You are missed by many. Forgotten by none. Rest in peace friend.
Scott and family, I am so sorry about Carol’s passing. She was a wonderful person and friend. Breakfast at the Corner Shop will never be the same. I will truly miss her.
Love and prayers from David and Mary Ann.
Thoughts and prayers to family and friends. The years we worked together and watched for each other in mornings will be cherished. Your smiling face I’ll always remember. Fly high my friend
