Dear Bettie,

My heart is heavy tonight as I learn about your mom. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family as you face this difficult period.May God and his grace give you the strength and peace you need to get through tomorrow and the coming days. Unfortunately, a Drs appointment will keep me from attending, but I’ll be thinking of you with love.

Love you,

Marilyn

So sorry for your lose. I remember Mrs. Slaughter very well when she worked at Belks and also when I attended Hickory Chapel in the 70’s and 80’s. She was a very kind soul and now she is an angel looking down from heaven. Lovingly, Angela G. Harmon

Bettie and family, just wanted you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I do know what you are going through since I lost my Dad last year. He was only 81 years old. Cherish all the memories that you have because they will sustain you during this time along with your faith.
