AULANDER, NC – Florence Jean Belch Farmer, age 89, of Francis Mill, passed away at home surrounded by family on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
Mrs. Farmer was born on May 26, 1932 in Colerain to the late Raleigh and Bessie Belch. She was a lifelong resident of Bertie County. So sorry to see that aunt Florence has passed away. But, so glad that she has lived such a full life. I live in Georgia now and have not been in touch with my mothers side of the family as much as I would have liked. It’s been so long (1968) since my mom passed away, but I certainly have not forgotten her. She was such a wonderful mother. I just wanted to mention her as one of the Belch siblings. Margaret Noellen Belch Robertson. God Bless.
Although we miss her here, she is where she has lived her whole life to be, in the arms of Jesus!!! We will see you again one day cause Jesus is coming soon!!
Her testimony of Jesus has so impacted my life as a Christian, and a minister of this great gospel. Sister Florence makes it into many of my sermons as a life so dedicated to Christ, and as long as I live with breath to preach for my Jesus, she will be a part of it!! Glory to God!!
No truer words could be spoken than the words spoken in the obituary about my Aunt Florence !! I rejoice for her going home to be with Jesus !! My Love, Prayers and Heartfelt Sympathies are with the entire family at this time and in days to come !!
