I will really miss Frances. We loved talking about our cats as she really did love her cats. We would talk on our street and at the Post Office. She was a very sweet lady and a great neighbor,

Frances was a very nice person. She would always stop to talk to me when I would visit mama and daddy in Woodland. I am so sorry for her family’s loss. May God guide and direct them at this most difficult time.
