So sorry to hear of your mother’s death. I know how geart a loss it is. Our prayers are with you. God Bless you . Love you,
Aunt Ethel and Uncle Kenneth
I just heard about your mother and want to offer my condolences. I know it must be hard and my heart goes out to you all. May God bring you comfort.
I can’t begin to tell you how much you and your family has been on my heart and mind since I heard the news. I didn’t receive Ronald’s e-mail about the arrangements until I got to work on Monday morning. I have been having some problems with the server. I had assumed he would call me once he knew and figured that the arrangements had been postponed due to the inclement weather when I didn’t hear anything. You all have certainly been in my thoughts and prayers and I am so thankful for the opportunity that God has given me to enjoy Neva, especially throughout my younger years. I have thought of all my memories of her and I treasure each one. I am planning to send a package to Michelle so that she can share it with the rest of you about those memories and hopefully it will let you know how much she truly meant to me. She was like my 2nd mom or godmother and I know that you all will miss her tremendously. I can only imagine what she and Simon and Mama Mill and Gene are bending the Lord’s ear about–can you? There is a peace of knowing that we will all be able to be together again one day and share in the great times of fun and fellowship like we never could imagine. My prayer is that God will wrap His sweet arms of Peace around you and that you will feel His sweet embrace as you face the difficult days ahead. I love yall and I am so sorry that I wasn’t able to attend the service.
Sincerely,
Emily Perry

To Geneva’s family…..I am so sorry to learn Geneva has passed. I have fond memories going to visit her and children with Miss Geraldine and my Mother, Odell Mitchell. When I told Mother about Geneva’s passing, she cried. I feel she is not in pain now and with her beloved husband, Gene.
