George was a great guy. He always had a smile on his face. Pleasant person to deal with. My thoughts go out to the family.
To George’s family, my prayers are with you and I know that God will comfort you through this difficult time and in the days to come. I thought alot of George and enjoyed the time I worked with him at Roanoke Electric. He will be dearly missed.
Mr. George was one of the nicest men I have ever met. His pride and joy was his family. I will always remember him driving his lawn mower to cut the church yard or parsonage. He will be missed.
Sending prayers and love to the family!!

I am so sorry Ms. Liz and the entire family. He loved you all so very much and will be greatly missed. Many prayers for peace and comfort at this time.
George Jenkins was a kind, thoughtful & generous man. My mother, who lived down the street, could always count on him when something needed fixing in her house. Many times George would mow her lawn without being asked. People like him are rare today. We are blessed & grateful to have known George & we will truly miss him. Our love to Liz and family.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
