I’m so very sorry to hear of your loss. We’ve known of Mrs. Fleming from going to First Baptist Church years ago. But, we never really knew her. But, while my Mama and her were at the Nursing Home together became friends. They would talk over the phone as well as visit one another. I use to love to go with Mama to visit Mrs. Fleming, she was such a pleasure and a sweet soul! She always loved her company. Since Mama has been back with Mahlon and me in New Bern, they would still talk with one another. This was just heartbreaking news for us and especially my Mama. I know she’ll miss talking with her. But, we all know she’s in the presence of our Almighty God and rejoicing, and as my Mama said “I know her hips are no longer hurting.” Please know that you are in our prayers and sending our deepest heartfelt sympathy to each of you. God bless you all in the days ahead.
