Miss VitaRae, Miss Rosa, Donald and Ronnie and families,
We are so very sorry to hear about Mr. Earl. He was one of the nicest men we have ever known and was always there when we called him. He will be missed and especially on the Sunday morning “come to God meetings” at the store (lol) catching up for the week. Donald was blessed to work with him everyday and now he will be the one we “aggravate” when that heat and air goes out(lol). I pray God will bless you all and give you the comfort and strength you need now but Miss Vita Rae, you are blessed with two loving boys i know will take good care of you as you have them. God Bless you all,
Sue and Bruce Davis

He was absolutely one of the sweetest men I ever knew. He was just as handsome as he was sweet. I know his family will miss him terribly. Anytime he helped my husband and I he made me feel like everything was gonna be OK. He was absolutely a kind spirit in this world.

I’ve known Earl since the early 1970s when we both worked for Sidney Burnett. He was a pleasant, practical and down-to-earth co-worker. Thankfully, he stayed in Hobgood, opened his own business, and shared his goodwill with the church and community. He will be greatly missed.
