I will be unable to be at the service for Janet but wanted you to know of our love for her. My Mom is Alice White that sang with her and Mrs. Violet many times. They usually sat by each other in the choir and their alto and second were a joy to hear. My Mom loved you children and would want to be there if she could. She is in an assisted living home here in Edenton now but will be very sadden when I share this news. They are precious memories for me. She was a beautiful lady and so was her Mom. I remember Mrs. Josie and her sweet smile. Somehow, I know that Janet and Mrs. Violet are already singing in that heavenly choir and I pray they have front row seats. They deserve them. Aulander has lost a special lady and Mom and I have lost a special friend. Our love and prayers are with you during this time. To keep her memory alive, always keep a song in your heart.

God bless,
