WINDSOR, NC – Joanna Taylor Sary, age 55, of Windsor, passed away on February 27, 2015 at the Vidant Edgecombe Hospital of Tarboro, NC.
Mrs. Sary was born on September 14, 1959 to the late Wallace Bruce and Doris Elizabeth Perry Taylor in Hertford County, NC. Joanna worked as an Office Manager for LeBleu Bottled Water in Edenton, NC.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband Gregory Michael Sary, and her son, Jodey Bruce Sary of Windsor, NC.
The family will receive friends at Garrett Sykes Funeral Service of Ahoskie on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 7:00 until 8:30 pm and other times at the home. A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2015, at 4:00 pm at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service – Ahoskie Chapel, Ahoskie, NC, with Layman Randy Hughes, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in Joanna’s memory to the Merry Hill-Midway Fire Department, NC 45 N, Merry Hill, NC, 27957; or to a favorite charity.

Greg, Joey and family. After nearly 2 years, I just learned of Joanna’s death by running into a former sales rep for LeBleu , Sharon, there in Edenton. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a joy to work with and always so friendly and uplifting. She was of some relation to my aunt’s second husband, Frank Taylor, who was from Bertie. It was such a shock to hear this and I hope you all are doing well.
