Joel was a genuinely nice person. I met him when he was a student at R-CCC. He would talk with me each time he saw me. The last time I saw him was in October 2022. My condolences to his family and friends.

Joel, you were that handsome young man who had just lost his father when we spent some days together across our kitchen table.
I hope that one day we can be back together again somewhere along with your Dad.
We all love and miss you.
