Harrellsville, NC- Joyce Helena Dunagan Joco, age 59, of Harrellsville, passed away on October 29, 2015 at her residence with her loving family by her side.
She was born on July 13, 1956 to Willie and Barbara Dunagan in Philadelphia, PA. Joyce was a self-employed caregiver that dedicated her life to taking care of others. She had a love for horses all of her life, from owning A Touch of Class riding school in Elizabeth City, NC to riding the many local trails. Joyce was a master reborn doll artist, owning Reallife Dreamland Babies by Joy. She enjoyed shopping and getting her nails done. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all that knew her.
Joyce is survived by her husband Herman Reinders, her son, Willie Alton Dunagan Joco and wife Kelli of Hertford, NC; her daughter, Tiffany Joco and fiancee Sean Gosdin of Texas; step-sons, Michel and Brian Reinders of The Netherlands, her parents, Willie Alton Dunagan and Barbara Ludwig Dunagan of Rocky Mount, two granddaughters, Mylene and Sadie Joco, both of Hertford; two sisters, JoAnn Brush of Corapeake, NC, Judy Lynn Meeks of Currituck, NC; brother, Timmy Dunagan of Rocky Mount, NC, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
The family will plan a celebration of life memorial service at a later time.
