To Stan, Candi and Chris, we are very sorry for the loss of a sweet wife and mother. We will remember yall in our prayers.
I remember the first Time I met Ms. Katy, it was as if we had known each other for as long as I had been born. She was always so welcoming and loving. We would have talks and with every word she said it was with such excitement, love, delight and wonder. It would just draw you in and before you knew it you were experiencing the same with each word she spoke. She could make you feel as if you were the most important person in the world. I feel my life has been enriched with the time I was lucky enough to spend with her. I am grateful and very fortunate to have known Ms. Katy and proud that she will always be a part of my family.
I loved my mom’s cousin Katy. Sweet sweet lady who was a joy to be around. Great hugs and always asking how I was doing. Prayers for Stan, Candi and Chris.
She was my second grade teacher who had a great influence on my life, she always reminded me of Miss Crump on the Andy Griffin show! Things that she taught me I still remember to this day
