KELFORD, NC – Keith Douglas Higginbotham, age 62, of Kelford, passed away on March 20, 2017 at his home.
Mr. Higginbotham was born in Kanawha County, WV, on August 16, 1954, a son of the late George and Edith Johnson Higginbotham. Keith was a member of Kelford Baptist Church and an Army veteran. He worked as supply clerk for Perdue as long as his heath permitted. Keith will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Sheila Ireland Higginbotham, a son, Roland Liverman and wife, Lindsey of Greenville, SC; a daughter, Theresa Upton and husband, Ray of Elizabeth City, NC; a brother, David Higginbotham of Lewiston-Woodville, NC; two grandsons, Blake Liverman, and Dylan Liverman; and three granddaughters, Brooke Liverman, Trinity Liverman, and Pressley Liverman.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017, at 1:00 pm at the Kelford Baptist Church, Kelford, NC, with Rev. Doug Spivey, officiating.
