Over the past couple of days I have thought of all the things Kenny and I did together as teenagers. There was never a dull moment! In fact, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am truly honored that Kenny considered me as his friend in life. I just hope that I was as good of a friend as he was to me. My heart goes out to your entire family. I love you Carol, Dexter and family. May God be with yall during this difficult time. I am going to jam the metal station all day at work for you Kenny. Rest easy buddy. Love ya.

OMG This has really shocked me. Kenny and Allen are the same age. Please know that I feel your pain. Words are not enough, I will always remember the kindness and love that was given to us when you helped me after school with Allen. So many changes that has happened. I feel sorrow and yet Kenny is with Allison and yes God. I am here for you. Prayers and Hugs.

Kenny and I met back while working at Golden Corral. ( we had an early childhood together because our parents worked together) however, later in life we met again. I had recently had my daughter. I was dating a guy that was alittle too Obsessive. Kenny would always walk me out at night after work to make sure I was ok. A short while after that I took him home from work one night. (2/14 it was a long day at work) he had asked if he could give me something. I said sure….it was yellow roses. Yellow roses were the color of friendship. That was the start our our journey. My daughter was just a few months old. He took to her so fast. I remember a time that I had asked him to watch her while I was at work so that my mom could have a break. Kenny was so nervous but when I picked her up I knew he loved every minute of it. She was all his now!!! She won him over in a minute. A short while later we found out we were having one of our own. Kenny was on cloud nine. 9 months later baby boy came. You know, looking back on everything….we had our differences and were complete opposites. But Kenny had a good heart. He was a true soul. No one could ever take that from him. I am blessed to have met him and the Coats family. We may have went our separate ways but Kenny was reunited with his true soul mate. She was a blessing to him. She was was heart and soul. Kenny….watch over our babies. As I know you will.
