To All of Linda’s family included Wayne. We are very sorry for the loss of a sweet Christian lady. We were shocked when we saw her name in the news. Linda was a former member of “Signs Of Miracles” gospel group singing in Sign Language. We traveled to many places in North Carolina and Virginia. We also performed at Kings Dominion in Richmond, Va., Cystic Fibrosis Telethon Live on TV in New Bern, NC and many churches for many years. Linda will be missed by all who knew her. Merry Christmas to Linda. She always say that to everyone year round when we meet each other at different places.

Wayne, Missy, Allison, Toni our families have been close since we retired from the Army and moved beside y’all in Ahoskie. I have known Wayne all my life and we played football and baseball in Aulander. Wayne wanted to restart Legion Baseball and Linda was right there supporting him. She ran the concessions every year for 20 years. Linda was such a wonderful woman and loved by everyone. May God bless each of you with peace and comfort. ❤️

Mr. Wayne, Missy, Allison, and Toni heaven gained a special angel. Ms. Linda was loved by so many. I pray for strength for the days to come but peace in knowing that she’s in a better place. I was one of those children she raised and even as a adult she always was so happy to see me. She will be missed by many but never forgotten! Go rest high Ms. Linda and Merry Christmas!

Wayne, Missy, Alison, and Toni, Linda was an amazing person and be greatly missed. Wayne you could not have asked for a better friend to call your wife. Girls you have a wonderful mother that you could later call friend because that’s the relationship you built with her. I don’t ever think I saw her having a bad day or always having something crazy to say. She could put a smile on your face no matter what. I love you guys and I loved your mom. Be strong for each other and hang in there.
