Linda Driver Worley, 89, died Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Letchworth Funeral Home Chapel in Scotland Neck. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Wilson. The Reverend Matthew Jones will be presiding.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Letchworth Funeral Home in Scotland Neck.
Linda was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Leamon Worley, Sr.; and her son, Curtis Glenn Worley.
Linda is survived by her daughters, Barbara Sue Goins and Linda Faye Dale both of Nashville and Vicky Braddy and husband Gene of Scotland Neck; her sons, Archie L. Worley, Jr. and wife Debra of Scotland Neck, Wayne Worley and wife Brenda of Newport News, VA, and Donnie Worley of Bartow, FL; her sisters, Daisy Boykin of Wilson, Magdalene Proctor and husband Steve and Margie Burgess all of Rocky Mount, and Patricia Carter of Cabot, AR; her brother, Berry Driver of Middlesex; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to Hope Free Will Baptist Church, 8772 Highway 258, Scotland Neck, NC 27874.
