Dear Mr Joyner and Family, I first met Ms Lulu over email when she was wanting me to interview for a position at the Wound Care Center. I could tell from the very first correspondence’s we had how nice and caring of a person she was. Then after I got the pleasure of being hired and working with on a daily basis. I realized how special she truly was. She had been an answer to my prayers. Every day I always looked forward to seeing her smile and how positive and kind she always was, no matter what was going on she always made time to share an encouraging word and to help in any way she could. She would often tell me Kenny Rome wasn’t built in a day, so as to remind me that I can take my time in working on the tasks that she assigned me to complete. She was the best director I have ever worked with. She made sure we all knew how appreciative she was of everything we were doing for the patients and to make sure the clinic ran smoothly, and she trusted us to do our jobs. She had faith in us and believed in me even at times when I was unsure of myself. She was also supportive of me with both my career aspirations and things I was doing off duty. She also made sure to check on me when I was under the weather. Mr Joyner I don’t know how to really express how much she meant to me. I truly enjoyed every day I got to work alongside her as a colleague and as someone who I had the highest regard for. She will be deeply missed, and her office will not seem the same without her. You and your family will be continually in my thoughts and prayers.
