Sorry for the loss of your sweet grandma. Prayers for you. To be absence from the body is to be presence with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8
Marie was a rare gem of a woman. Hilarious, witty, kind and interested in others. I always felt at home around her. She will be so missed.
I grew up in church with Marie’s family and worked with her at Roanoke – Chowan Hospital. She was a wonderful person. Extending prayers to her entire family.
Marie was an awesome nurse and role model from the time I worked as a candy striper until I worked with her when I was a new grad RN. She was a great mentor. Rest easy Marie. Prayers of comfort for her family
So sorry for your loss
Remembering her well as a fellow nurse in the old hospital.. carring and diligent.. then years later as a realtor, she sold me my first home in Brinkleyville,,showing again her expertise with that too.. RIP sweet lady.
These are TUFF times and my heart goes out to Deb and her family. It is such a blessing that Ms. Chitty is with our Lord Jesus Christ where she is no longer suffering in this world. BUT the ones that are left in this world will grieve for a long time. There are no words that one can speak to make it any better, but I am with you in spirit every day and love you always!!!! If ever you need the least little thing, please just ask, I am here for you!!!!
