COLERAIN, NC – Mona Ann Copeland Roberson Belcher, age 52, of Morris Ford Road, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022 in Ahoskie, NC, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Mona was born on August 22, 1969 in Suffolk, VA. Mona cherished her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed taking care of others, going that extra mile to make sure they had what they needed. She loved flowers and in the words of her daughter, “she loved everyone.” Mona was loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Copeland.
Mona is survived by her husband, Chris, two daughters, Molly Frady of Phoenix City, AL, and Harley Frady of Windsor, VA; her God father, Ray Powell of Colerain, NC; four grandchildren, Austin Carroll, Jacqueline Sadler, Justin Arena, Scarlett Arena; her mother, Joyce Cherry Copeland; two brothers, Mack Copeland and wife Sebrina of Windsor, NC, Gene Copeland Jr. and wife Jenny of Courtland, VA; Sister, Tammy Rhea and husband Mike of Windsor, NC.

Mona was a great person,a wonderful friend and a caring mother. We had many happy times together shooting pool or just hanging out. You will be greatly missed.
