I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO JANE’S FAMILY, THAT I AM SO SORRY FOR THEIR LOSS. SHE DID LEAVE YOU ONE OF THE BEST GIFTS THAT SHE COULD….MEMORIES. SHE WAS A GREAT FRIEND OF MINE AND ALSO HER BROTHER WAYNE. WE ATTENDED ELEMENTRY SCHOOL TOGETHER. I HAVE SOME PICTURES OF JANE, MYSELF, AND OTHER CLASSMATES WHEN WE WERE IN THE 7TH AND 8TH GRADE. SHE WAS WELL LIKED BY A LOT OF CLASSMATES. I JUST REGRET NOT KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH HER AFTER I GRADUATED FROM HUGH SCHOOL. I DID LIKE A LOT OF CLASSMATES, GOT MARROED AND MOVED AWAY. I EVENTUALLY MOVED BACK TO AHOSKIE AFTER SEVERAL YEARS. WHEN JANE HAD A SON TO PASS AWAY, SOMEONE GAVE ME HER PHONE NUMBER, SO I CALLED HER AND TALKED TO HER. I NOW OF COURSE REGRET NOT KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH HER LIKE I SHOULD HAVE. SHE WAS A WONDERFUL FRIEND OF MINE IN SCHOOL AND WITH SOME OTHER CLASSMATES. I THOUGHT A WHOLE LOT OF JANE AND I KNOW HER FAMILY WILL MISS HER VERY MUCH. I HOPE SHE COULD FORGIVE ME FOR NOT KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH HER AS I WISH I HAD.
