To the family:

Over the past several years in my position as a crop insurance adjuster, it has been a pleasure to work with Phil. His knowledge and professionalism is unmatched in the industry. But more important, Phil was a true gentleman. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you. He will be missed!

Thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. I have many fond memories of the Coggin family when my sister and I lived across the street from them in Ahoskie.
