A memorial graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at the Baptist Cemetery in Scotland Neck.
Rickey was the Manager for Shimbros Music Stores on the island of Guam and built a successful career and business over the last 15 years.?He was a graduate in Music Theory from Barton College (formerly Atlantic Christian College) in Wilson.
Rickey is survived by his sons, James Warren Fargis of Bismarck, ND and Specialist Ryan Allen Fargis of Raleigh; brother, Stephen Fargis and wife Christie of Richmond, VA; sister, Teresa Michele Fargis of Richmond, VA; niece, Lauren Grace Fargis of Richmond, VA; nephew, Alexander Scott Fargis of Richmond, VA; and family caregiver, Mary Lucille Vannoy of Richmond, VA.
The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by Letchworth Funeral Home in Scotland Neck.
