MURFREESBORO, NC – Robert Kenneth Cooke, age 64, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie, NC.
Mr. Cooke was born on February 11, 1954 to the late Robert Cooke and Anne Harrell Hollowell in Ahoskie, NC. Robert worked as a Security Guard for Alpha Security. He was a Marine Corps Veteran and loved playing golf. Robert will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Robert is survived by his son, Robby Cooke and wife April of Greenville, NC; two brothers, Jimmy Cooke of Pendleton, NC, and Timothy Cooke and wife Becky of Front Royal, VA; and a niece, Serenity Cooke of Front Royal, VA.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm at Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Ahoskie, NC.
A celebration of life graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018, 2:00 pm at the Highland Memorial Gardens, Ahoskie, NC, with the Rev. John Porter, officiating.
