RICH SQUARE, NC – Ronald Thomas Bunker, age 83, passed away on July 23, 2017 at his home with his wife by his side.
Mr. Bunker was born in Flint, MI, on January 29, 1934, a son of the late Roy and Lena McKenna Bunker. Ronald wa retired as a Job Setter for General Motors, and was a U.S. Marine veteran.
Besides his parents, Mr. Bunker was preceded in death by a sister, Grace Gillespie.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 62 years Carol Lenesey Bunker, two sons, Scott Bunker of Nashville, TN, and Ronald Charles Bunker and wife Myra of New Orleans, LA; two brothers, Roy Bunker of Flint, MI, and Raymond Bunker and wife, Mary of Santa Monica, CA; four granddaughters, Sara Tumbleson and husband, Bryan of Niles, MI, Jenna Bunker of Clio, MI, Rebecca Bunker of Frisco, TX, and Anna Bunker of Flint, MI; two great granddaughters, Adalyn Tumbleson, and Savannah West; and two great grandsons, Reese Tumbleson, and Grayson West; .
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
