Mr. Ronnie Glenn King, age 70 died at the Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation Center in Windsor on Monday, January 14, 2008. He was a native of Guilford County. Mr. King served in the U. S. Navy for a tour of eight years. He was married to Elizabeth White and they had four children. Mr. King worked for many years as a property manager for Cochlan and Associates in California before moving to Jackson in 2002. Preceding him in death are his parents, Jewel Helms King and Glennard Vine King.
Survivors include his ex-wife, Elizabeth White King of the home, two daughters; Rhoni K. Gregory of Weldon, NC and Rhonda G. King of Williamsburg, VA, two sons; Michael A. King of Rich Square, NC and Mark A. King of Conway, NC, one sister, Amerilous Degatur of Nebo, NC and one brother, Larry Dale King of Terrebonne, OR. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and a faithful friend Leo.
A private service will be held by the family on a later date. Mr. King will be laid to rest in Dunn, NC near the Falcon Children’s Orphanage.
