This message is from my mother, Etheleen Belch Reid. Please send the family my deepest sympathy. I am sorry that I could not attend the funeral and see her family. I have many warm memories of visiting Uncle Jesse’s home every Thanksgiving and Christmas as I was growing up in Northhampton county. Ruth was just 10 years older than me and we enjoyed discussing our children and grandchildren. She loved you all very much.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to each of you. Your mother loved you and talked about you all the time. She was my sixth grade teacher. When I was hired as the secretary of Woodland-Olney School, she was a co-worker and we talked alot. May God help you through the time of loss.
