Dear Sandra and Family,
Sherwood was a GREAT person. He had so much kindness and caring inside of him for everyone he met. He LOVED his SANDRA and anybody could see that! They were definitely “soul mates.” They loved doing things together and traveling, when he was able to. Sandra was by his side at All times when he was sick, as well as in good times. They were two of the happiest people I have ever known. So very happy to be together! God bless you Sandra and your family. Sherwood will be missed and we shall always remember him.
Love, Linda and Joe St John

Sandra, Stan, Jeana and Mark,
What a GREAT man…what a legacy Sherwood leaves behind. Growing up, and even now, I always looked up to him with a quiet admiration, amazed at the love and care he had for his family and friends. I always loved when we were in Ahoskie and my daddy said “do you want to go with me to see Sherwood?” I have such fond, wonderful memories of those visits, and especially cherish the time spent with him and Sandra last month. Our hearts and prayers go out to you all…Wishing you peace and comfort in the days ahead.
