I replay memories all the time of my childhood days of living in Roxobel and Bertie Jr and Sr High. The best memories ever which includes you Sue.
I would have gladly taken your place but it was your time to rest easy, not mine..yet.
Even though distance separated our friendship over the years, I never forgot your kindness, unconditional love, and the peaceful soul you possessed back then and even after I left.
You’re one of a kind and though you are about to be laid to rest, your memories will go on in all the people’s hearts you’ve touched.
Rest easy now Virginia Sue. I will miss you not being here especially with your family.
Though you are gone, you left a legacy of love behind like so many others who have touched my life.
Say “Hi” to pop Huthmacher for me and how sorry I am for not understanding some of the things I was going through for years back the n.
Fly high, Sue, knowing you will never be forgotten.
I am so saddened to learn of Virginia Sue’s passing. She was a beautiful person, a heart of gold full of compassion for others, wit and humor to put a smile on the faces of others.
I have so many fond memories of her from our years together in school at Bertie Sr High. She always spoke what was on her mind and found humor in every situation. I’m so glad that we reconnected years later on social media.
Prayers for her family as they continue their journeys without their loved one. May God bring each of you comfort and peace.
Rest easy now, Virginia Sue.
