Wilford was one of the nicest people I ever met. I got to know him when i worked at First Citizens in Conway. Since then, he would always stop by to talk to me at Southern in Jackson when he came to pay his county taxes each year. He would always say, see you next year when I come to pay my taxes! He will be missed my many. My prayers go out to his wife & family.
