I have very fond memories of W.D. and especially his smile and laugh. My prayers go to Peggy and the girls at this time.
Willard Davis Futrell – ” WD” as he was known affectionately by his family and friends. I was honored to know him and have him as my Uncle and my Mom’s closest brother. WD was a true gentleman who sought to spread kindness and wisdom even to those he did not know well. He was the possessor of a witty personality and he was very gregarious, having never met a stranger. He was a loyal family man and a great Dad as evidenced by his obituary. WD had a profound effect on many people that he cane in contact with during his lifetime. He had a great sense of humor and a very unmistakable laugh which brought a smile to my face whenever I heard it.
WD moved on from this life without the knowledge of knowing just how much of a positive impact he had on so many people. Family and friends alike including myself. He was a very much loved gentleman l in the truest sense of the word.
Godspeed WD
Respectfully
Joey, Lisa and Lauren Bradshaw

This is the church Mom and dad were married in-
This kitten fell from the sky- dad said. The kitten was just days old. Dad fed it and nursed it to health. “Missy” fell into his life at a very confusing time for him , she was a great distraction and for that, I am thankful to her.
