I have just seen this! My heart is broken! “Mr. Bill” was such a huge part of my growing up, along with Alice, his former wife. Some of the best times I remember were with Bill and Alice, E.L. and Ada Holloman and my mom and dad. Wonderful times! “Mr. Bill” was one of the sweetest, funniest people I ever met, and he loved us girls. He made a fuss over us all the time. When he and Alice had Sean, we were all tickled to pieces! I saw him a few times over the years but he was hard to keep track of! I will always remember the times we all ate together, played music and cards and just hung out at each other’s houses. Memories to be cherished always. I am so saddened by his passing. God bless Sean and the rest of the family at this difficult time. “Mr. Bill” was a special person to me and always will be. My sincere condolences to all of his loved ones.
Bill was a long time friend of my Daddy. Growing up my family shared many good times with Bill and his family. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Sending prayers to his family.
I will always love you Bill Dunning.
So many fond memories of you my cousin , when I was a child staying summers with the family at the home place and visiting you all with my Daddy and Mama , especially of the hog killings and on many family times on weekends , and holidays.
Bettie, Sean, Nita and families — my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this most difficult time .
Love ,
Judy Dunning Beacham
