Please hold yourselves close as a family as we remember the good times. I knew him and his father well while growing up in Murfreesboro until I went away to college in 1965. Isaac “Ike” Pipkin and family

I send my deepest sympathy and love to all Billy’s children, grandchildren, and family; and to my dear cousins during this tragic loss of their brother.
I have so many fond memories of our family reunions and summers spent together. Even as a small boy Billy was a sweet and gentle soul, and grew into a kind and generous young man that will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege to know him. May he rest in pease in the loving hands of God.
Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
