Dad, I thought of picking-up the phone today and suddenly I realized that you will never answer it again so I am left with the memories of our conversation’s. The day of the funeral my brother and I followed the hearse to the cemetery and all I could see was your casket and the american flag on top. I broke down crying yet it hurt’s to lose your Dad yet I got support from your friend’s and this helped relieve some of the pain. Daddy it hurt’s but it will take time heal and this I must do. Otherwise, I just wish that you did not have to suffer so much from that nasty disease called Sarcoma cancer yet I can give you credit that you were never afraid to die. Next, it is time for you to rest and be at peace. Finally you will alway’s be my Daddy and that I am thankful for. Love ya Dad. From your loving daughter Janice
